Orlando Villella, Ed. D. is an experienced executive management professional with over 40 years in the private sector. He has worked on major projects throughout the United States, Caribbean, the Middle East and Africa. He is experienced in training professionals, mentoring, and team building. In addition, Dr. Villella has degrees in statistics, as well as an MBA and a doctorate in Educational Leadership. He is an experienced teacher and researcher with expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research. He resides in the Pittsburgh area and, like Courtney, is a fitness advocate. A former gymnast, he has trained professional fighters and continues to maintain a high level of fitness.
