OUR LIFE COACHING MODEL
In our Life Coaching model, we use data-based assessments to help you identify your authentic values, align them with meaningful and purposeful goals and help you put an action plan together to achieve those goals. We will work with you in the areas of work-life transition, health and wellness, and relationships. Life Coaches are not health care providers or therapists, although we have studied those subjects. Our purpose is to look forward and help you achieve personal goals, whatever they may be. Typical clients include people transitioning into a new work life or those who want to; mothers in transition, athletes, and business people making a transition in their lives.
Many people are dissatisfied with their work-lives. The reasons for that dissatisfaction are many and well known. Each reason seems beyond our control and the resulting stresses can sometimes turn our lives upside down. Others are simply in a career transition and want something more or different from their work-life. Still others want to embark on a new phase of life and to try something new.
Similarly, many people find themselves dissatisfied with their relationships at work, social relationships, and even relationships with family and friends. Sometimes the work related stresses influence these relationships and we often feel that we are powerless to affect change in this situation as well.
HEALTH AND WELLNESS
In addition, with all these changes in our lives, stresses from every direction, we know that we must take care of ourselves. We have health and wellness goals and like New Year's resolutions, these goals seem to fall by the wayside. We often just cannot seem to get on track to make progress toward these goals.
As successful as one may be, when encountering so many changes with such magnitude and frequency, we are often powerless to respond appropriately. We feel acted upon rather than the central actor directing our lives. Life Coaching can help. Contact us for a free consultation.
