"The only constant in life is change"
There are certain accepted maxims about life. One of these maxims is that the only constant is change. With so much change in our lives and the rate and magnitude of change appearing to increase exponentially, it is natural to feel that our lives are out of control. While we cannot control the forces that bring about these changes, we can control how we react to them and utilize them to reinvent ourselves.
Change is an opportunity to create a newer, better version of you!
These changes impact every aspect of our lives: our work lives; our personal relationships; even our health and well-being. Usually, we view such changes as an obstacle to our happiness. Often we think that happiness lies in the new job, the new relationship, the new diet or the promotion. Happiness often seems elusive, just around the corner, yet just out of reach. Sometimes the pursuit of happiness and the seemingly inevitable shortcomings result in increased anxiety and depression leading to a cycle of failure and increased aggravation. We spend much of our lives seeking happiness, yet happiness is fleeting.
